Top3 Power Forwards of 09-10 season

The best Power Forward of 09-10 season ?it is hard to judge for , however I have made my list of the top few PFs on a mixture of both success in stats and success in play offs and regular season. The other problem is distinguishing a PF from the C because of the lack of height many of the larger forwards ended up playing center.
No.3 Tim Duncan
Tim Duncan is here at NO.3 for 09-10 season ,He has also shot 50.8 percent from the field and 68.4 percent from the free-throw line. Duncan has also been selected to the All-NBA team 11 times, with nine of the selections as a member of the first team. He was also selected to the All NBA Defensive team nine times, with seven of the selections as a member of the first team.
No 2 Dirk Nowitzki
Dirk is one of the better shooters of all time, his name is often compared to greats like Larry Bird and Kevin McHale. 09-10 season he has averages of 22.4 points a game, along with 8.6 rebounds and 2.7 assists a game defensively he averages just less than a steal and one block a game. Dirk shots efficiently with 47 percent from the field and 38% from beyond the arch he is also a very successful line shooter, at 87% from the line (he has his routine in which he hums whilst taking his shot) His style is more of finesse than brute and strength you seem him do some really good mid range jumpers do open up his inside game, as many bigger men struggle with guarding a player with his permitter abilities.
No.1 Kevin Garnett
A very versatile player, can play anyone of the three big men position but, spends almost all his time at PF, he has balance and vision like a G his knowledge of whats going to happen, he reads the game very well and this makes him a very worth while player, especially on the defensive end, he, like many of the players on this list, has lots of awards. 09-10 season averages of 20.4 points, 11.2 rebounds, 4.4 assists, 1.4 steals, and 1.7 blocks per game. He has also shot a 49.4 percent from the field and 78.1 percent from the free-throw line. And bring The celtics to the east finals!

Tough Deal for Chris Johnson , Fans Support him to get a new Contract

In a record end of the season, Chris-Johnson hopes to get a bigger Tennessee Titans contract, now he has been in support of the fans online. The new petition heading "Pay CJ2K (to Chris - Johnson's new contract)" has been established to support Johnson, as of Tuesday afternoon, there were 64 signatures already. We hear all the time that pro football is a business. As Johnson and the Titans are finding out, labor strife makes it more of a business than ever.Chris-Johnson's #28 jersey sell very good in Titans.
Six in a single season NFL history to reach 2,000 yards red ball players and get the Associated Press named the best offensive players 2009 NFL year, he did not participate in the Titan team all offseason training. In 2008, after the first 24 were selected and the team signed him to a five-year contract worth 12 million U.S. dollars. 2010 season, he should receive 550,000 U.S. dollars.
Johnson may be the best back in football, yet he’s scheduled to make $550,000 in 2010. (His backup, Alvin Pearman, is set to earn $630,000.) Last season, Johnson led the N.F.L. with 2,509 yards from scrimmage and, perhaps more important, 408 touches. He is only 24, but for a running back, history suggests that his career is already peaking.
The contracts of Steven Jackson and Maurice Jones-Drew have set the running back market in recent years. Jackson received $44.8 million over six years ($20.5 million guaranteed); MJD got $30.95 million for five years ($17.5 guaranteed). Johnson is better than both, but if he can only get paid via signing bonus, then in a long-term deal the Titans would have to fork over $30-40 million in one sum up front. That’s not possible. Yes, Albert Haynesworth got $41 million guaranteed in Washington, but only $5 million of it came in the form of a signing bonus; the rest was tied into salary (which, again, cannot be escalated by more than 30 percent).
So what if Johnson were to sign a short-term deal with a hefty bonus? The Rams essentially gave Jackson a three-year, $20.5 million deal (figure that with his age and wear and tear, he’ll be near the end by 2012). By this measure, Johnson would deserve three years, $27 million. That’s still too pricey.
The Titans could probably afford a two-year deal, with a $10 million signing bonus. Yes, at two years and $10 million, Johnson would be making substantially less than market value. But he’d at least hit free agency when he’s 26. Besides, Johnson’s alternative is to play for $550,000 in 2010, hope for continued health and a new collective bargaining agreement in 2011. That’s a very vulnerable position. And, unfortunately, it appears imminent.
The negative effects of this impasse could haunt the Titans this season. Overworking their best player for pennies on the dollar two years in a row would upset not only the player himself, but might also upset many of the other 52 players. Come December, can Jeff Fisher stand in front of the locker room and preach a game plan that relies on an underpaid Johnson sacrificing his body (i.e. his most valuable commodity) with 35 touches? Johnson would be holding the short end of the stick while being publicly flagellated with the long end. What would his teammates think?

The first Chinese NFL player:WangKai

Wang Kai's parents, Robert and Nancy Wang were determined to produce an athlete.Even before their firstborn was conceived, they had plans. They were members of the Chinese track and field team but emigrated because they knew training methods and opportunities were superior in the US. The Wang had a son, and when he was 6 they started him on speed work. He lifted weights when he was 10.
NBA is their dream, but this dream was shattered before he enter the high school. They returned to the motherland for his height and bone age test done, results are not satisfactory, but not hopeless. If they couldn't manufacture a basketball player, then they would concentrate on football.
"Since I was a child, they are behind me 100 percent boost." Wang Kai said his parents said, "Even if I went to Alaska, they will certainly come training with me."
Two weeks ago, the Buffalo Bills drafted Ed Internet, an offensive tackle from Virginia Tech, in the fifth round. If he makes the Roster as expected he will become the first full-Blooded Chinese Player in NFL history."We are really proud of these kids." King-father Robert said, "As a child, he trained hard, and we set goals together. His heart has always remembered what needs to be done. For him, for us, can changes in NFL history is very important. "
Ed Wang will strap on his Bills helmet for the first time Friday, when new head coach Chan Gailey conducts the first rookie camp.
Ed Wang will strap on his Bills helmet for the first time Friday, when new head coach Chan Gailey conducts the first rookie camp.
"I thank them for their act, because I have many experiences as a child more difficult than college or high school." Wang Kai said.
Ed Internet was the first offensive tackle the Bills drafted since 2008, and the earliest they've drafted one since they took Mike Williams fourth overall in 2002.
Wang Kai, said he thought he could stay in the left front position cut. If so, he will work with prior to starting, Demetrius Bell recovering from a knee injury, Ed said he thinks he'll remain Internet at left tackle. If so, then he will compete with incumbent Starter Demetrius Bell, who is coming off a knee injury competition. Breaking into the starting lineup in many ways is more important to Ed Wang than making NFL history. While his Chinese heritage is tremendously important to him, he knows if he doesn't establish himself as a football player, his notable entry will be rendered a football footnote.
"I do not mind being the first Chinese-American football players as the people known," said Wang Kai, "but in the end, I still have to performance for the Buffalo Bills."My goal is to become a member of the NFL players. If I do not play, then I as the first NFL-Chinese athletes are worthless, because I did not do anything. My attitude is, I must complete something first."

Persist in the end is victory

Blackhawks owe road success to big scorers, versatile checking lines.I don't think this is revelatory, but the San Jose Sharks are in deep trouble.Persist in the end is victory-NHL players.
The Blackhawks VS The Sharks
At the HP Pavilion, where the Sharks fell to the Blackhawks 4-2 on Tuesday night, fans saw how effective or frustrating -- depending on your alliance --matching lines can be.In some series, it doesn't much matter. Sometimes, both coaches like their top lines facing off against each other -- power on power. But other times, one coach has a different idea.
Offensively, the same is true. The Sharks have to find a way to penetrate the middle of the ice. They aren't getting nearly enough forechecking pressure on the 'Hawks defense due in large part to the mobility of its rearguards. Led by Duncan Keith and his over 30 minutes of ice-time, the Blackhawks blueliners moved the puck efficiently in Game 2, thus limiting the Sharks to seven third-period shots on goal even though they trailed and were looking to rally. Throughout the first two games, when the Sharks did penetrate, goaltender Antti Niemi was there to stymie them.
Yes, the Sharks can come back on the Blackhawks, who have picked up only three of their 10 playoff wins on home ice. But they must first stem the Blackhawks' dictating matchups, better goaltending, more balanced scoring -- all three of their top lines scored at even strength in Game 2 -- and controlling the middle of the ice. With all of that to deal with, the Sharks and their coaching staff surely can use the extra day between games as the scene shifts to Chicago.
As it goes, Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville knows which players he wants against the Sharks' top line; and even though he doesn't have the luxury of the last change here in San Jose, he's been able to get his checking line out there against the Sharks' top scorers -- Joe Thornton, Patrick Marleau and Dany Heatley -- with some success.
At last,There were about eight minutes into the third period, with the Sharks down 3-1, Jumbo Joe, known for his jovial demeanor and laid-back style, showed a sign of frustration. On the draw against Bolland, and even before the puck dropped, Thornton slashed his counterpart on the wrist -- "a love tap," Bolland said. He was sent to the box for two minutes. The act caught Bolland by surprise.

"When you take a draw, you go for a puck, not a wrist, right?" Bolland said.
McLellan lamented, "[Their first goal] took some of the energy out of the building. Took a lot of energy out of our team. Took us a while to get our heads up again, if you will, for lack of a better term."
For the Sharks' sake, hopefully that won't be the only shift that occurs or this series will be over fast.Persist in the end is victory.Come on.

Marshall Drafted to Dolphins

How many do you know about 2010 NFL draft? If you already know something do you feel it is excited.
Yeah, the draft is almost over, many secret becomes known.
The Denver Broncos have traded wide receiver Brandon Marshall to the Miami Dolphins for second-round draft picks in 2010 and 2011, the Broncos announced Wednesday.
What number will Marshall wear of his jersey? We still don’t know, but the MiamiDolphins jerseys is hot sale, become the best seller.
In acquiring Marshall, the Dolphins gained a deep threat at receiver to loosen up defenses for their potentially potent ground game and young, strong-armed quarterback Chad Henne. In return, the Broncos get two high draft picks for a player who caused them headaches in addition to making plays.
"It's good to be here, man," Marshall said as he mingled with fans at the Miami Heat's game against New Jersey. Last summer, Marshall was suspended by the team for throwing a tantrum at practice during training camp. The source of his frustration was twofold: he was upset with the team's medical staff for misdiagnosing a hip injury that required offseason surgery and he was displeased with his contract.
Despite those difficulties, Marshall caught 101 passes for 1,120 yards and 10 touchdowns last season, including an NFL-record 21 in a loss at Indianapolis. He has 327 career receptions for 4,019 yards and 25 touchdowns in four seasons, all in Denver, which drafted him out of Central Florida with a fourth-round pick in 2006.
Broncos coach Josh McDaniels told ESPN's Ed Werder that in a post-trade phone call with Marshall, he told the receiver that he enjoyed their time together, predicted success for him with the Dolphins and expressed regret that their own partnership could not be successful in the long term.
Marshall's departure leaves the Broncos with Jabar Gaffney, who had 54 catches for 732 yards and two TDs last season, as their top receiver. Eddie Royal caught 37 passes with no TDs and Brandon Stokley had 19 catches, four for TDs.
"I'm not quite sure how the future would have been if he was around and how it would have affected everything," Broncos tight end Daniel Graham said at an event at a Denver high school on Wednesday night.
In a little more than a year, with a pair of blockbuster trades, Denver has recouped two first-round picks, two second-round picks, a third-round pick and quarterback Kyle Orton in exchange for Jay Cutler and Marshall.
"We're going to miss what he brings to that football field," Graham said. "But we've got to move on. It's a business." Graham, who grew up in Denver, said he realizes a good portion of the team's fan base is upset that McDaniels has traded away Cutler and Marshall in successive offseasons.

Which Jordan’s jerseys sell better NBA or MLB?

I believe all people over the world know Micheal Jordan, because he is an excelent player on NBA,and was called “Air Jordan”. Even though he retired for good in 2003, people all over the world continue to recognize. He not only play basketball, but also baseball. Many businessman make his products for sale, like jerseys, shoes,Tshirt and etc.
Micheal Jordan’s NBA jerseys is the most popular, but is his MLB jerseys sell so good as NBA jerseys? I think this should depend on his carrier. Let’s see his basketball and baseball carrier.

Jordan with NBA
Jordan’s playing days started at Emsley A. Laney High School in Wilmington, North Carolina. His family had moved from New York to North Carolina when he was seven. Jordan kept busy by playing not only basketball but also football and baseball. He tried out for the varsity basketball team as a sophomore, but was declared too short at 5’11”. However, over the summer Jordan grew four inches and worked hard to get his body in condition. He went on to average at least 25 points per game in his final two years of high school. During his senior year, Jordan was elected to the McDonald’s All-American team after averaging a triple-double for the entire year: 29.2 points, 10.1 assists, and 11.6 rebounds.

After high school, Jordan accepted a scholarship to play basketball at the University of North Carolina. He had a breakout freshman year averaging over 13 points per game and being named ACC Freshman of the Year. This year also contained what Jordan himself calls the major turning point of his career. In the 1982 NCAA Championship Game, Jordan hit the game-winning shot against the Georgetown Hoyas. But despite all this success as a freshman, Jordan was still overshadowed by teammate and future Hall-of-Famer, James Worthy. Jordan broke out in a big way, however, his junior year when he won both the Wooden and Naismith College Player of the Year Awards and helped the USA Basketball Team capture gold at the 1984 Olympic Games. Jordan decided to skip his senior year at UNC and entered the NBA Draft. Professional basketball would never be the same.

Micheal Jordan was selected with the third overall pick in the 1984 NBA Draft by the Chicago Bulls. It is worthy to note that the Portland Trail Blazers decided to pick Sam Bowie with the second overall pick, which is considered by many to be the worst pick in the NBA’s history. Jordan started with a bang and never let up. He averaged 28.2 points per game as a rookie, was named Rookie of the Year, and was voted as a starter on the All-Star team. This was only the beginning to one of the most prolific careers in NBA history. Jordan went on to lead the league in scoring ten times, including the 1986 - 1987 season when he averaged 37.1 points per game and became only the second player to score 3,000 points in a season. He led the Bulls to win six NBA Championships, was voted the NBA Finals Most Valuable Player six times, was named the NBA Most Valuable Player five times, and was voted an NBA All-Star 14 times.

Jordan with MLB
Jordan was also famous for the fact that he retired from basketball on two different occasions. The first “retirement” came in 1993. Jordan claims it was due to the murder of his father, with whom Jordan was very close. Jordan decided to give baseball a shot to honor his late father; however, baseball did not turn out very well for Jordan. He had a very unsuccessful minor league career and decided to return to basketball in early 1995. The second “retirement” occurred in 1999 after yet another spectacular Finals performance, which would have been a fitting end to a spectacular career. He then returned to basketball in 2000 as part owner and President of Basketball Operations for the Washington Wizards. In 2001, Jordan decided to make yet another comeback to the NBA, but this time with his Wizards. Jordan played for two more years and during his last year “Air Jordan” was honored at nearly every arena he visited.

To complete with his baseball games, we can see that he plays better on NBA. Because he brought enormous talent, beauty, work ethic, and excitement to the game of basketball. Therefore, his NBA jerseys sell better than MLB jerseys.

How MLB Team Players Spend Their Mother's Day

Morther`s Day have been past for several days, did you do something sepciall for you morther?let us see how MLB team players spend that important day with their mother.
It was only fitting that on the same day baseball celebrated Mother's Day on Sunday, the 19th perfect game in baseball history was thrown by A's left-hander Dallas Braden.
After all, who is more perfect than mothers?
No one, if you ask players around the league who paid tribute to mothers everywhere and helped raise breast cancer awareness by using specially designed pink bats on Sunday.
"I love the pink bats," said Orioles third baseman Miguel Tejada. "It's one day of the year to me that is always very special. It's the same game, but it's a special day. It's a great day and whatever we do great today, we will have it in mind for the whole year."
Pink bats have become annual Mother's Day symbols as part of an overall "Going to Bat Against Breast Cancer" initiative by Major League Baseball that raises awareness about breast cancer and directs proceeds to Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Fans play the next big role in this process, because attention will move now to the MLB.com Auction and the gradual arrival of game-used pink bats, home plates and logo bases and lineup cards. Fans also can purchase their own personalized "Mother's Day 2010" pink bats right now for $79.99 apiece at the MLB.com.shop, with $10 from the sale of each one going to Komen.
Tejada was just one of many players who paid tribute to their mothers by using pink bats, but no one paid tribute quite like Braden on Mother's Day.
Braden didn't need a pink bat to raise awareness, but did it on the mound by retiring all 27 Rays batters he faced. And it was certainly special for Braden considering he lost his mother to cancer as a senior in high school and dedicated his start to her with his grandmother in attendance at the Oakland Coliseum.
After Braden recorded the last out of the game, he shared a long and tearful hug with his grandmother, who took him in after his mother's death.
"It hasn't been a joyous day for me in a while," Braden said after the game. "With my grandma in the stands, it makes it a lot better."
Braden's big day certainly had just as big an impact in raising awareness for breast cancer as fans from around the world tuned in for his historic outing. And awareness is the key to preventing breast cancer, which currently affects one out of eight women.
"Awareness is the first step, and if it is only a couple of people's lives we save, then it's definitely worth it," Tigers outfielder Johnny Damon said. "Maybe some fans will say, 'Why don't we get checked out?' Hopefully we can save a lot of people, especially the ones who may be at the early stages and don't even know it."
So while Damon helped raise that awareness by using a pink bat in the Tigers' 7-4 loss to the Indians, he was far from the only one as we take a look around the league:
• In Minnesota, Denard Span went 3-for-4 with a triple while using a pink bat and jokingly said he may have to call up Louisville Slugger to see if they can special order him more.
"I kind of want to keep it," Span said. "I had three hits today. I don't want to swing the bat I had yesterday, that bat is going into the garbage today because it isn't bringing me any luck."
Span's teammates also fared well as nine of their 12 hits came from players who had pink bats, and it led to a 6-0 win over the Orioles. But even with the loss, Orioles manager Dave Trembley loved what the day stood for.
"Breast cancer affects a lot of people; I know a lot of people in baseball whose families have been affected," Trembley said. "But Major League Baseball has made tremendous strides over the last few years of doing a lot of positive things and raising a lot of money to make things better for everybody. And I think the Susan G. Komen for the Cure is probably one of the more worthwhile causes. It's just tremendous I think, tremendous."
• In Chicago, Blue Jays outfielder Fred Lewis had a little magic in his pink bat when he hit a three-run home run in the ninth inning to lead Toronto to a dramatic 9-7 win over the White Sox.
It was especially magical for Lewis considering he put the pink bat away and went back to his usual lumber after his first at-bat before deciding to use his pink bat in that critical at-bat in the ninth inning.
"I used it the first time and it felt funny," Lewis said. "But I said, 'I started with you, I'm going to finish with you.' So I said, 'Go up there, get a pitch to hit and see how far you can hit it.'"
• In Washington, Adam Dunn entered the Nationals' game against the Marlins hitless in his previous six at-bats, but turned to his pink bat for help.
Dunn went 3-for-4 with a double and an RBI to help lead the Nationals to a 3-2 win over the Marlins.
"It seems like every Mother's Day, I've had a pretty good Mother's Day using the pink bats," Dunn said. "I wish I could use them all year."
But he wasn't the only one to pitch in with three hits, as Marlins outfielder Chris Coghlan recorded his first three-hit game of the year with his pink bat.
"I think it's great that baseball allows us to use pink bats to show our appreciation to all our mothers," Coghlan said. "It means a lot to me. I called my mom this morning. I sent her some flowers."
• In Philadelphia, Braves outfielder Matt Diaz paid tribute to his wife's aunt, who lost her fight with breast cancer in 2004, by using a pink bat.
Diaz went 0-for-4 at the plate in the game, but he knew that raising awareness was much more important than how he did offensively.
"It's terrible to say, but you hear about breast cancer and immediately you think treatable because you always see the women who have survived it on the walks and everything," Diaz said. "Aunt Sandra didn't really have a shot. It hit hard. It hit fast and it killed. It's important that we keep bringing awareness to it."
The Braves combined to go 7-for-29 with the pink bats, but ultimately fell to the Phillies, 5-3, at Citizens Bank Park.
• In New York, the pink bats didn't exactly help Mets hitters against two-time Cy Young Award winner Tim Lincecum in their 6-5 loss, but infielder Alex Cora didn't seem to mind because of the far-reaching effects of using the pink bats.
"It's great, whoever came up with the idea to raise awareness for breast cancer, it's unreal, and all the money we raise -- it's outstanding," Cora said. "If they decided to use the bat 162 games just for the cause, I'd do it."
Meanwhile, Giants infielder Pablo Sandoval even donned a pink glove to go along with pink wristbands and a pink bat in honor of his mother.
"She means everything to me," Sandoval said. "Without her, I wouldn't be here. She supported me every day when I was little. She took me to the field for practice every day. To put what she means in one word, I can't imagine."
• In Texas, it was a special day for reliever Doug Mathis, who celebrated the fact that his mother is now cancer-free after battling breast cancer for seven years. The sight of pink bats choked up Mathis, who ended up pitching two scoreless innings to get the win over the Royals.
"My mother has been through a lot," Mathis said. "This is the day where everybody wears pink, so it was hard to get her off my mind,"
• In Cleveland, Indians infielder Andy Marte talked pregame about how special his first start on Mother's Day would be and how excited he was to use a pink bat.
"I've never had a chance to play on Mother's Day," Marte said "I want to do this for my mom and see what happens." Marte made the most of it by hitting a two-run triple with his pink bat in the Indians' 7-4 win over the Tigers.
• In Pittsburgh, the Cardinals got a rare win on Mother's Day, as the club improved to 19-33 on the holiday over the last 50 years with an 11-2 win over the Pirates. Joe Mather was the lone starter to use a pink bat for the Cardinals, while the Pirates' Jeff Clement, Akinori Iwamura and Delwyn Young all used pink bats.
"It's great to be able to use it and pay tribute to my mother and all that she's meant to me, and also because the bats are going to a good cause," Clement said. "It's a great cause with the money that is going to be raised by the bats being auctioned off. It's the exact same as my regular model, so there is no reason for me not to use it."
• In Cincinnati, in the Reds' 5-3 victory over the Cubs, a majority of the Reds starting lineup utilized pink lumber -- including Orlando Cabrera, Brandon Phillips, Jay Bruce, Drew Stubbs, Jonny Gomes and Ramon Hernandez.
"It means an awful lot," Reds manager Dusty Baker said. "I lost my mother-in-law a few years ago to breast cancer. I have a special place in my heart for that. I was thinking about my wife today and I know she must be missing her mother."
• In Los Angeles, a pitchers' duel between the Rockies' Ubaldo Jimenez and the Dodgers' Clayton Kershaw prevented much offense coming from the players utilizing pink bats.
Five of the nine Rockies used the pink bats, but could only muster two infield singles off Kershaw. The lone player in the game with success with a pink bat was Dodgers catcher Russell Martin, who came through in a big way with a solo home run in the Dodgers' 2-0 win.
"It's for my mom, I know my mom was right there with me when I hit," Martin said. "I didn't get her any gifts for Mother's Day, so I thought I'd try to hit her a home run."
• In Houston, both the Padres and Astros saw many of their players don pink wristbands, batting gloves, and titanium wristbands to go along with the pink bats in the Astros' 4-3 win.
"It's definitely important," said Padres outfielder Tony Gwynn Jr., who had two hits and drove in a run with a pink bat. "There's so many women out there who are struggling with this disease. It's important to make everyone aware of it. I'm all for it."
• In Seattle, shortstop Jack Wilson shined with his pink bat, as he went 3-for-3 with a three-run home run and a triple in the Mariners' 8-1 win over the Angels.
Wilson called the bat "magic" and joked he wanted to take it with him on the club's upcoming road trip in Baltimore.
"I doubt that they would let me use it again, but I might take it, just in case. Anything we can do to raise cancer awareness is awesome," he said.
• In Arizona, the pink bats paid dividends for the Brewers as Prince Fielder, Casey McGehee and Gregg Zaun all homered with the specially designed lumber in their 6-1 win over the D-backs.
"It's great to be part of something that's a great cause," Fielder said. "Cancer is a terrible thing, something you wouldn't wish on anything. If you can do something to fight it, even if it's something very little, it feels good."
• Yankees outfielder Nick Swisher wanted to let his mom know that he was thinking about her during Sunday's Yankees-Red Sox tilt, so before his first at-bat he stepped out of the batter's box and removed his helmet.
Then he used a pink Louisville Slugger bat to send a home run soaring over the Green Monster in left field.
"Today was the first game that she was able to watch because she's been traveling around, and she told me, 'You better do something your first at-bat to let me know you're thinking about me,'" Swisher said. "I know she was watching tonight. It was very, very meaningful for me."
Swisher has been an active participant -- in 2008 with the White Sox, Swisher dyed his goatee pink on Mother's Day to raise awareness for breast cancer -- since he lost his grandmother, Betty, to cancer in 2005.
Five of the Yankees' seven hits on Sunday came off of pink bats -- in addition to Swisher's homer and eighth-inning single, Robinson Cano had two hits, including a run-scoring single and Brett Gardner also notched a hit.
Yankees right-hander Joba Chamberlain also wore a special necklace with the breast cancer awareness ribbon, to be auctioned at a later date to raise money for the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
Different people express their feeling in different way,but the same thing is we love our mother, our family. We all try to perform best and let she be pround of us.What mothers need is little, she hope us to be happy, safe, independent, promissing.
Mother`s Day is over,we should spend everyday just like that important day, care much for our mother, she deserved.

The original dream

“The Saints were 9-3 and the Giants were playing without quarterback Phil Simms and All-Pro linebackers Harry Carson and Carl Banks, both injured. Taylor had torn shoulder ligaments and a detached pectoral muscle, but he strapped on a harness and had seven tackles, including three sacks, and two forced fumbles. The Giants won, 13-12.”
It is familiar, right? Not for you, for your parents or grandparents, who witnessed the great victory by great LT. But life is going on and former hero may become a devil that you don’t want to see outside your door, especially when you have a lovely daughter.
Pride, reality, hard work, determination, tears, bravery, tiredness, depression, loneliness----Before we get the top, we need to experience all of these or some. Dream is a big word. It is so attractive to young and old, men and women that some devote their whole life, their youth and even their life to pursuing it. The dream is just like the Apple, which first attracted Eve and then Adam to taste it. People love the Apple, for which they began to taste the suffering and joy,to tell right from wrong. And then the whole world seemed to be crazy------sadness and happiness, crime and innocence, death and life, success and failure, desire and greediness-----which made the earth an interesting and colorful place to live.
Born in 1959, Lawrence Taylor expected a dream to the world. This dream is guided by God. He would never know he could be the great until he was really here. Now in his fifties, he faces a charge of rape. Believe it or not, Fate often holds people in derision. But it is fair. It gives you the chance to success. Meanwhile it provides you the opportunity to be a bad guy. You know what? Angle has two faces----bright and dark.
Dressed in his cheap NFL jerseys, LT was like a hero not only for his good duty to protect his quarterback, but also for his speed and passion as well as his strength. Now as a criminal, he again wins the attention of the world. However, this time is not the glory show. I couldn’t help wrinkling and thinking about: Where is your dream, gone baby?
Yes, gone baby! Gone with the age!
Let us be back to fifty-one years ago when a boy was born into a black family. The parents were very happy and believed their son would make a difference to the family. They were not disappointed because their son was really good. He was a genius and had a gift for American football. His talent was soon found by those who loved football and those who needed him to contribute to football history in America. And later his performance really excited and shocked the football world as a great defensive player in NFL history. We couldn’t help shouting“ Oh, my angel! I love you. I love you so much!”
Lawrence Taylor makes Football Hall of Fame was read by hundreds of millions of people in their morning newspapers. Many people, especially the black, felt proud of him and really happy for him and they firmly believed LT was worthy of the name. But now things are different: Baby is gone. There comes the devil! He is no longer angel, and what he has done really angers the people, especially those who loved him. Sex is really an excitement----like gambling, excites the original sin----curiosity. We human are born with that.
Perhaps Taylor can fight against his rivals like a fighter, but he could not fight against his devil---original sin. Just as is said, the person he tries to outdo most of the time is himself. The discussion of humans are born kind and humans are born evil hits me again. Why does God make Adam and Eve? Then why were the apples so tasty? And our Eve was tempted to have a taste. That means our act is often affected by our curiosity. Then the excitement to feel the curiosity drives us to conduct crime.
Lawrence Taylor was made Most Valuable Player in 1986. He led his team to the Super Bowl twice and won the champion. Number 56 NFL jersey was a number filled with honor and trust. Now as time goes by, it is still here, but not as bright as before. He was considered one of, if not the best, football player on the planet when he led New York Giants to 2 NFL Super Bowl championships. From the moment he started playing games, he knew he had to win. Perhaps his dream was to travel everywhere and anywhere to feed his competitive urge.
However, his competitive urge was not only the NFL games, he challenged laws and morality and self-control. He was once asked what he could do that no other outside linebacker could.
Drink," Taylor said
But his problems ran deeper than just alcohol. He got involved in cocaine abuse in 1985. He said he switched his addiction to golf, which he called his "detox tank," and putted his way through rehabilitation. He was suspended for 30 days in 1988 for failing a drug test.
Taylor entered drug rehab twice in 1995. Then he was arrested two times in three years on charges he tried to buy cocaine. Getting out of the fast lane has been difficult for a man who did everything at full speed.
When you live on the edge, even the strongest eventually fall off.
Once Taylor said playing football was just like playing basketball. “There are guys who want to shoot that last shot, and others who want to pass off. I want that last shot."
What makes L.T. so great, what makes him so aggressive, is his total disregard for his body," said Bill Belichick, the Giants' defensive coordinator during Taylor's prime.
He changed the way defense is played, the way pass-rushing is played, the way linebackers play and the way offenses block linebackers. His dream to the top was finally realized. Many young NFL players aim to achieve what he has done. However, this time he destroys thousands of thousands of dreams. He also change the way people treat him----with his great and aggressive body----this time his last shot is a 16-year-old girl.

What in hell are you doing?

She belongs to herself, coming here with her dream. She is pure like water, confident like a child, and full of passion like herself. She belongs to nobody. She is herself. But she is no longer she. She is now at the top of the world, she gets lost. She belongs to nobody, she is she---arrogant, overconfident, full of hatred. Perhaps this is she. Why? What in hell do women want? Exactly what in hell does the world want? So changeable! Vanity? Pride? Degenerative angle------darkness covers star.

Waking up like a devil, she suddenly feels scared. Forgiveness is waiting for her. She cries, but couldn't forgive herself. Loser---that is the name she calls herself. Can she return to win her glory back? She must find her. Home, her parents begin to help her out-------a place where she can find her by love and faith. Yes, as is expected, she returns like a queen----with the help of her friends and the support of her family. That is Meghna Mathur----starred by Priyanka Chopra in the film Fashion.

The difference between humans and animals is human beings often make mistakes and then try to find ways to correct the mistakes. And I call this courage. What is the nature of humans? Are we just human beings? Come and see.

Heroes and playboys and gamblers

NBA:

No one can replace Michael Jordan in the history of basketball playing. Even Kobe Bryant, a new star of NBA, can not. However, that doesn't mean there are no similarities between them. They both love gambling----every one loves gambling in Las Vegas. They both have mistresses. That's why they used to be seated in the court. Playboys in America can be often accused of by women for their offence of rape or love child. It is not new to NBA fans but it is really news and sometimes the news about those scandals really hurt their fans. One court , which is for law and justice; the other court, for your heroes to play basketball. It is funny, right? When Jordan first stand at American court being accused for his love child, his fans first surprised or angry, then they understand and accept it. After all, he is just a human. And human makes mistakes. And then another NBA human Kobe makes the same mistake. He is luckier than his senior, for his love story doesn't produce and love child.

World Cup:

When Diego Maradona, king of football, was standing at the court, he was known as the father of a child---love child to the world. I remember another football star. David Beckham, now a father of three boys, is satisfactory. Though he is not so perfect, he is believed to be a good father and nice husband.

Golf:

Tiger Woods is really a genius. His talent for tennis playing is the gift of God. He is the greatest in Golf of our age. He creates his history and is changing the history of Golf. He has also brought another great gift to his fans: having affairs with 120 women or so. Elin Nordegren , his wife, chooses to divorce him. That is expected.

NFL:

Six times! A huge glory! In the 43rd NFL Super Bowl, Big Ben Roethlisberger, quarterback of Pittsburgh Steelers, together with his fighters, won the year-off throne back. Fans dressed in NFL jersey jumped with joy and threw their caps to the sky, hugging and crying. It was really a touching and excited moment. Victory made our hero too excited to control himself. He couldn't wait to share his success and happiness with a woman. And then he was almost invited to our court---to share his victory ---for his offence of rape. Finally, he escaped. The lack of evidence freed him. What in hell are you doing? Perhaps this is the question his boss and his pals dying to ask with their anger or something.

Hollywood:

A secret makes a woman woman. That is true. But what if a man knows her secret? Go and watch What Women Want starred by Mel Gibson. And if you do, you will want a lover just like Robyn's Mel Gibson----a perfect man in the film and used to a nice husband. But now, in his fifties, Mel Gibson falls in love with another woman. Yes, every husband and every wife has problems in his or her marriage, but is that the reason for divorce? Perhaps sometimes it is. Most it isn't.

Take it easy! No offence! I know there are some women stars are not out of fashion. Britney Spears is known as an attractive and hot star, and she is also a woman of many experiences----drugs, divorces, financial crisis. She almost ruined her career. So what? Hollywood or such like is a place where the scandals don't see the light of day until somebody disclosed some secret dealings.

Forget and forgive:

The world itself is funny, interesting, challenging, difficult and greedy. Sometimes we need to open our hearts and then feel it. Only in this way can we understand people around us or like us, and then find out who you are. Every one makes mistakes. When the mistake is unforgivable, then the mistake becomes crime and then you need to be punished; when the mistake can be forgivable, then try to apologize and correct as soon as possible. Because that is the only way you can be forgiven. Only when people forgive you can they forget the hurt and you can make a new start in your life. After that, you are just you----having a dream, working hard and being confident and full of strength as well as passion.

Fallen angels, when your wings are broken, your hearts can still fly.

Sports: make money or lose money?

What Women Want? Early morning, running on the road; no worrying about her shape, her family and her job but just be herself----touch the ground and relax and be confident. No games, just sports. That's what Marshall and Darcy do for Nike women's division in the film What Women Want. They make it and Nike helps Darcy get a job and promotion in the company. Of course, Marshall wins the beauty's heart. So I am reminded that: Do sports make money or just lose money? My answer is money doesn't always bring happiness, it does bring people good life. It is the same with sports. Just go out and make your living. Every day! Believe me, life is not so easy, but sometimes it is just so easy. Look at sports, you will find some answers.

Sportsmen earn money by sports

Look at Brooklyn Beckham, Romeo Beckham and Cruz Beckham, three boys, together with their father, David Robert Joseph Beckham, are shopping with their mother Victoria Beckham. Look! They are not twins, but like twins----They all wear Adidas. Finally I get to know that their father David Beckham has been a spokesperson for Adidas. Need they pay for their attractive sportswear? Yes. Their father can do that for them because he has earned money by advertising Adidas. Huge money!

Sports are good. Sports do bring you money. Disagree? Wait! Do you know Michael Jordan? Do you know he has Jordan Sportswear? Then you must have faith in one thing: money is good and sports bring you money. It is said that Kobe Bryant earns 4 million every year as a professional basketball player of NBA. But he can earn 40 million by advertisements. What helps him make money? The answer is Sports. Firstly, he is a sportsman. Secondly, he is a successful sportsman. Thirdly his sportsmanship helps him earn the advertisements. And finally he earns his fame and his good life. Even when he divorces his wife, he can pay maintenance to his wife. No offence. But Kobe is really a playboy.

Ok, back to the battle ground---wearing NFL jersey, the fans make shouting for their favorite teams and players---New Orleans Saints, Indianapolis Colts and such like. We know that big businesses have been made before the Super Bowl----sportswear. Sportswear, sports shoes or sneakers have become colorful and fashion-oriented, even though some sports ideas never caught on. Can you say making money is irrelevant to sports? When people's attention is given to Victoria Beckham, their attention is also given to the fashion, which is led by Victoria. And then some girls begin to adore her and follow her dressing style, especially when she goes to cheer her husband on in the football games. Then you make money and you realize the charming of sports. When you wear cheap NFL jersey, you know you love it because you love NFL, but you don't realize you are losing money---for tickets and for what you wear. Take it easy! You have helped make money for someone or some group, you earn yourself joy and excitement. Yes, you are a consumer, you pay for it.

Fitness Centers make money by sports

Are you attending an aerobic class? Or do you think it a good idea to join a fitness center? Yes, you need to workout. You need to lose some weight---A little exercise would do you good. Everyone knows this. No matter who you are----a company's boss, a schoolteacher, a sportsman----you need to exercise--- to keep shape, to stay healthy and to be attractive. And then you help fitness centers make money when you pay for it.

Then you know what? Exercise machine helps you earn money---a job. Factories producing exercise machines set up to offer you jobs. Moreover, your personal trainer is as important as your personal doctor. And you help your personal trainers make money. Look , how great you are. That is a rule-----you need to obey it.

Nike and Adidas and such like earn money by sports

When the first woman athlete broke away from traditional sportswear, she was definitely the Mother of fashion-oriented sportswear. She deserves it. Without her, it would have been a long time before the sportswear became fashionable. And when the door of fashion is opened, it can never be easily closed. Then Nike, Adidas, Jordan and so on go into your daily life. Then you welcome the sports shoes or sneakers and sports bags as well. You help many people make money, maybe including yourself. For sports has offered millions of millions of people jobs. To help them support their family, teach them how to live a better life and to be rich. No jokes, but sports-----make money for you. What is money? Money does not always bring happiness, but without money you will never live a good life. So it is with sports.
